Twitter introduced ‘Twitter Spaces’ last year in November 2020 as a testing and was slowly made available to more Audience. On 3rd May twitter announced any twitter account with 600 or more followers can host a Space both on iOS and Android. Twitter space is where people can make Live Audio Conversations on Twitter.
Now every twitter user even with less than 600 followers are able to host a twitter Space.
Starting today, twitter spaces will be now available on Twitter web for Mobile and Desktop. Twitter Spaces for twitter web version will be focused on these key areas:
Infrastructure and listening UI that adapts to your screen size.
Setting reminders for scheduled spaces.
Accessibility and transcriptions.
