OnePlus to launch its Next Smartphone in October. OnePlus Changed its Plans for smartphones launching at the end of the year. Last year we have Seen OnePlus Launching only the OnePlus 8T, not the 8T Pro.
We have already learned this year there will be no OnePlus 9T and 9T Pro. But OnePlus has some other Plans. This year OnePlus introduced a whole new ‘R‘ series Smartphone with the Launch of the OnePlus 9R. OnePlus next flagship will for the end of the year is from the ‘R‘ Series.
According to android central, the OnePlus upcoming Flagship Smartphone is the OnePlus 9 RT and it will be launching in October. it will bring a minimal upgrade over the 9R. The OnePlus 9 RT will be limited to selected regions. The Smartphone will be limited to India and China same as the OnePlus 9R, which was launched only in India and China.
OnePlus 9 RT Specifications:
OnePlus 9 RT will be Powered by the Same Snapdragon 870 5G Processor as 9R. And a 120hZ AMOLED Display.
The biggest Upgrade will be done in the Camera Department. As the OnePlus 9 RT will be featuring the 50MP Sony IMX 766 Primary Camera over the 48MP IMX 586 found on the 9R. It will Pack a 4500mah with a 65W Warp Charge.
Yet another important thing is it will be running on the Oxygen OS 12 based on Android 12 out-of-box. Which makes it the First OnePlus device with Oxygen OS 12.
Oxygen OS 12 will be bringing Significant Changes over any other Oxygen OS Version we have seen so far. As OnePlus and OPPO integrated together with that Oxygen OS shares the Same Codebase as ColorOS.
We have seen some Glimpses of ColorOS on the OnePlus Nord 2 which runs on the ColorOS 11.3. Oxygen OS 12 will bring Most of the OPPO’s features of the ColorOS and still it will be having OnePlus Launcher over it. On Oxygen OS 12 we will see most of the features of ColorOS and the new features which will be introduced in the Upcoming ColorOS 12.
We can expect the OnePlus 9 RT to get launched at the Similar Pricing as the OnePlus 9 R.
