OnePlus former co-founder and the founder of nothing is back with an announcement.
Today, Nothing announces launching the Company’s first smartphone this summer. Nothing started with the launch of nothing ear (1) and it was a very good start for a new brand.
In today’s event, nothing has officially announced to launch their first smartphone.
Nothing’s first smartphone called ‘Nothing Phone (1)’ will be launching this Summer and it is going to be a Flagship smartphone with the following offerings Nothing announced. Here summer 2022 might be the summer season in the UK I.e Q3 (June-August). So nothing’s phone will be launching in Q3 2022.
Nothing Phone (1):
Nothing Phone (1) will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoC.
Carl Pei founder of nothing said with nothing’s first smartphone they want to bring the change in the smartphone industry. He further said they are closing working with Snapdragon to bring the best and the smoothest experience.
Talking about the design of the smartphone, Carl said it is going to be a unique design. The design of the smartphone will make the device stand out from the competition.
As carl said Nothing’s phone will be launching in summer 2022
Nothing OS:
Nothing Phone 1 will be running on Nothing OS based on Android 12. The company says nothing’s OS will be fast and smooth with no bloatware and nothing says it’s the best of Android.
The smartphone will be getting 3 years of OS upgrades and 4 years of security patches. The nothing OS launcher will be made available in April.

You can see Google’s Core apps like Dialer, messages, chrome, Photo’s and Nothing’s Camera, and other apps.
The widgets on the home screen look new and clean. The lock screen clock and Always on Display will be the highlights of Nothing OS.
